I believe that ultimately, it's the taste that's most important, therefore my cakes are frosted only in buttercream, but are painstakingly smoothed to achieve a finish that's often mistaken for rolled fondant.There are countless flavor combinations from which to choose- enjoy a variety! Each tier may be a different flavor, or even two at no extra charge. Maybe you'd like two flavors to be swirled together for a great marble combination- feel free to use your imagination! Together we can design a cake that incorporates any element of your wedding plans, from your mutual love of the ocean to the dainty edging on your bridal gown, to the monogram on your invitations. Perhaps sugar snowflakes lit with tiny fairy lights would be the perfect accent for your winter wedding cake? Choose from dozens of varieties of hand-crafted sugar flowers to match the flowers in your bouquet, providing a custom design that will set your cake apart. Many wedding cake vendors buy commercially manufactured sugar flowers to save time, but I fashion each of the flowers on my cakes petal-by-petal according to the design we have created together.
